Our aim is to arm emerging health leaders with the resource for advancing their nursing or allied health career through the guidance and support of experienced health mentors.

We understand that becoming a successful health leader requires more than just clinical knowledge and expertise. It requires the development of leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and the willingness to take on new challenges, with support and guidance of an expert who has navigated similar situations.

Our team of experienced health care mentors are here to help navigate these challenges and guide emerging leaders towards success in their career. Our mentoring services are designed to help individuals and teams capitalise and identify strengths and weaknesses, set achievable goals, and develop a plan for achieving set objectives. It aims to help mentees tackle any self-limiting beliefs, challenges, obstacles or questions which may require guidance and coaching on.

Our Clinician Excellence arm is built to help participants on their journey to becoming a successful health leader. We endeavour to do this through three tactics:

1. Mentoring Services: Our team of experienced mentors are available to provide one-on-one mentoring services to help develop the skills and knowledge needed career advancement.

2. CPD and education: We offer regular forums and symposiums on topics related to nursing leadership, communication skills, and career development. This schedule is available on our CPD & Networking page.

3. Community: Our ambition is to foster a collegiate and like-minded group of clinicians where they can connect with other health professionals, share experiences, and learn from others who are on a similar journey.

All Coaching & Mentoring is confidential. The relationship between the mentor and mentee is paramount to ensure therapeutic outcomes of the service.

Statim offers this service as an adjunctive support to its Clinical Consulting & Compliance arm to ensure recommendations are implemented thoroughly within your facility following audit. A comprehensive coaching, mentoring and teaching support strategy will be discussed to ensure embedment of any policy, process and behavioural changes.
